Hi! I'm Nicole Schnabel, a born-again believer with a deep faith in Jesus Christ that serves as the foundation of my life and work. With over a decade of experience in management across healthcare, marketing, manufacturing, retail, and service industries, I am passionate about helping businesses grow by merging the employee and employer experience with the customer experience.
Since beginning my career at a very young age, I have developed a love for people, money management, human resources, and the creation and implementation of policies and procedures. I strive to bring compassion, honesty, and integrity to everything I do. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I pride myself on being reliable, motivated, empathetic, and driven.
My expertise lies in healthcare management, but I thrive in any environment where I can apply my leadership and organizational skills. I value relationships, clear communication, and building systems that work for both employees, employers ,and customers alike.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my pomsky Roxy, who holds a special place in my heart. I live in the mountains of North Carolina on 15 beautiful acres in a 12x32 tiny home I designed and built. Looking to the future, my dream is to travel the U.S. in a custom travel van, connecting with clients, exploring new opportunities, and continuing to share my passion for helping people and businesses thrive.
